Charlie Palmer Steak IV

Located on the fourth floor of The Knickerbocker, Charlie Palmer Steak IV brings a modern New York steakhouse experience to Restaurant Week with seasonal starters, signature mains, and classic desserts.

Dinner selections include marinated burrata, local yellowfin tuna tartare, shrimp-stuffed zucchiolo squash, campanelle primavera, steak frites, seasonal gelato and sorbet, The Knick cookie plate, and strawberry shortcake.

Akoya

Perched above the city, Akoya invites guests to experience Restaurant Week through a rooftop sushi bar lens, featuring a three-course menu of crudo, grilled dishes, signature temaki, vegan selections, and Japanese-inspired desserts.

$60 Prix-Fixe Menu

Guests may choose from first-course offerings such as yellowtail yuzu crudo, hijiki tabbouleh salad, Japanese-style grilled duck, grilled miso-marinated black cod, and spicy cucumber salad. The second course features Akoya’s classic, signature, and vegan temaki selections, followed by desserts including yuzu rare cheesecake, Earl Grey mousse, or Akoya bread pudding.
